By accessing and using VT Converter, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Content Ownership and Rights

You must own or have the legal right to upload any content to our service. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator of the content, or you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights from the copyright holder(s).
• The content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• You have the authority to grant us the limited license necessary to process your content.
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will only upload content that is:

• Created by you or content for which you have obtained explicit permission from the copyright owner.
• Free from malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software.
• Not obscene, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that:

• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains pirated or unauthorized copies of copyrighted works (movies, TV shows, music, software, etc.).
• Violates privacy rights or publicity rights of others.
• Contains illegal material or promotes illegal activities.

Copyright Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, convert, and temporarily store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Our Rights: All aspects of our service, including but not limited to the website design, software, code, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to VT Converter and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. DMCA Compliance and Copyright Infringement

VT Converter respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement.

Copyright Infringement Notice: If you believe that your copyrighted work has been uploaded to our service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material.
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address).

Repeat Infringers: We reserve the right to block access for the users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

6. Service License and Processing

By uploading content to VT Converter, you grant us a temporary, limited license to:

• Store your content on our servers for up to 24 hours (typically deleted within 2 hours).
• Process, convert, edit, and manipulate your content according to your instructions.
• Deliver the processed content back to you for download.

This license terminates when your content is deleted from our servers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the processed content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VT Converter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
• Any content obtained from the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VT Converter, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to our service.
• Your violation of these Terms of Service.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, or privacy right.
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Upload of infringing or illegal content.
• Abusive or fraudulent behavior.
• Requests by law enforcement or legal authorities.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where VT Converter operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Since we do not collect any personal data from users, the only way to inform users is to updating the "Last revision" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
